Sensei Muhammad Zahiruddin Mohd Khairulazhar started Karate when he was just 5 years old in the year of 1998. He first join the Gi Toku Kai Karate Malaysia affiliated to Gi Toku Kai Japan, a member of All Japan Karate-Do Federation Goju-Kai / JKF.
After 7 years of practise he has attained great proficiency both in technical skill of Karatedo and in grasping the true meaning of it after a long term of his utmost exertions.
Therefore, the Chief and Founder of Gi Toku Kai Japan Karatedo, Sensei Tomomi Kishi awarded Muhammad Zahiruddin with the 1st Dan Black Belt in 2005 when he was 12 years old. Sensei also has successfully completed The Gi Toku Kai International Karate-Do Federation Japan’s Kata & Kumite Judging Seminar in 2000 and The Gi Toku Kai International Karate-Do Federation’s International Kata & Kumite Training Seminar 2006. Then Sensei Muhammad Zahiruddin continue his study in Karate-Do in a different style of Karate which is Kusano-Ha Shito-Ryu Kenpo Karate-Do Association under Soke, Kenji Kusano. A few years after he has been certified to the 1st Dan Black Belt in 2007 for the recognition of the great progress in the diligent study of the Kusano-Ha art by the age of 14 years old. Sensei Muhammad Zahiruddin now has 2 Black Belt in two different styles in Karate-Do. He believes that Karate is not limited to only one style.
